The changing leaves and dropping temperatures leave me craving one flavor: Pumpkin. I can’t have enough Pumpkin Spice Lattes, pumpkin candles, or pumpkin flavored snacks. I ran across this recipe, tweaked it, and can’t stop eating it. Mix up a bowl of this quick and easy pumpkin dip for a Thanksgiving dessert this year. Take a picture and let me know what you think!
- 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding mix (just the packet, don’t make the pudding recipe)
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 8 oz plain Greek yogurt
- 8 oz Cool Whip Lite
- apple slices
- graham crackers
- ginger snaps
By hand, combine pumpkin puree, pudding mix, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, Greek yogurt, and Cool Whip. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
Slice up your favorite apple—I’m a Honeycrisp lover—and grab your favorite cookies. Dip away, but beware, you may want to eat it by the spoonful!
What’s your favorite pumpkin recipe?
