Why You’re Going To Hate My New Book & Bible Study

I’ve studied joy over the last three years. This virtue is plastered on coffee mugs, sewn on decorative pillows, and even displayed on dish soap. I’ve read a lot of books on this topic.

Joy is portrayed as happy-clappy, sunshine, rainbows, and puppies.

If you like your joy sugary sweet, I’ll just be honest, you’re going to hate Fight Back With Joy.

And I’m okay with that.

But if you like your joy served up gritty, honest, real, and faithful, then you just might find a new friend and kindred spirit in Fight Back with Joy book and Bible study.

Because I’m going to challenge you to stare down your greatest fears, knock out what is stealing your happiness, and fight life’s battles all with an unlikely weapon.

You see, many of the catch phrases and teachings about joy barely scratch the surface. When it comes to doling out happiness and joy, God is anything but stingy. The joy God has for you encompasses a wide spectrum of emotions, actions, and responses.

But to lay hold of this deeper, richer joy, you’re going to have to let go of what you thought you knew to discover what Scripture reveals.

And along the way you’ll discover your definition of joy is far too narrow.

    Hello Margaret,
    We began your study “Fight back with Joy” last Thursday, March 31. We have 2 sessions. One in the am and one in the evening. A wide variety of ages. From those in their 80’s to young moms. And in between. This will be a different type of study for us. But so many of our group and others in our church family are going through real struggles now. We, no, God decided that this is what we really need. Please pray for me & Vicki and we lead this ladies through your study. Thank you. Ann
