21 Days of Wonder LETTER

Gratitude provides the opportunity to celebrate the breadth and depth of God’s wonder. [Tweet this] Today, write a letter to God—maybe even a love letter. Express your affections to God. Thank him for all that he’s done for you and all that he has yet to do. Thank him for those big, little, and long-forgotten things and allow your soul to dance in the wonders of gratitude.

Wonder Challenge: Tweet, post, or pin a line from your letter. Or, even post a photo. #LIVEWONDERSTRUCK

If it’s something you’re grateful for, also include #1000GIFTS (so my sweet friend Ann Voskamp will know we celebrate her!)

Tomorrow: YOU

Amazon now has a fresh supply of Wonderstruck. So, make sure you order your copy while the supplies last! http://mar.cta.gs/05b

  3. I have a gratitude journal, too, thanks to Ann Voskamp’s book. But I also look for the little things sometimes, like seeing a hot air balloon in the sky unexpected. They make me smile.

  4. Trying to catch back up! Here is my day 13!

I have been reading the prayer book “The Valley of Vision” and wow can those Puritans write some incredible prayers. I absolutely love reading written prayers. An old prof of mine just wrote an interesting article about written prayers (Spontaneous vs. Intentional Prayer) that I found very interesting when thinking through writing prayers.
