Thank you so much for this podcast. I listened to it as I was preparing a sermon for next Sunday on Luke 11 1-13 on the Lord’s prayer and persistence in payer- and this asking the Holy Spirit into our meetings and mealtimes in the way you described added to my thoughts and meditations. I will pray for you in your 8 week break that the Holy Spirit will guide you and be with you. God bless
Margaret, so inspired to begin a more focused life of inviting the Holy Spirit to my table especially when I am practicing the gift of hospitality with which He has gifted me. The times that I have had people in our home and spent time in prayer have impacted there lives so deeply. And I agree with you, it is so very special and something that they never get over once they’ve experienced it.
Yes, I will pray for you as you embark on this new thing to which God is leading you. So excited to hear and see what other fantastic thing God is going to do in your life. You have already been a great instrument thru which God has impacted my life and multitudes of other.
