I was recently diagnosed with ADD and ADHD, to which my friends say, “That explains a lot!”
I’m constantly misplacing my keys, losing my sunglasses atop my head, and can’t find my phone because it’s in my back pocket.
All of this creates silliness and laughs, and it’s hard to take oneself too seriously.
Mistakes abound, and rather than feel shame, we celebrate them around here.
With the James: What You Do Matters Bible study trailer, we accidentally created a video with, ahem, a RIDICULOUS filter that left us rolling. I bet you’ve never seen a Bible study like this! We’ve pulled it down except for this one link, so you can laugh, too.
Really drives home the point that how you SEE others matters, right? 😂
Remember that when you can laugh at yourself then others are invited to laugh with you! Joy is contagious.
And the joy of the Lord is your strength (Neh. 8:10).
Instead of feeling shame or mentally beating yourself up the next time you make a mistake, why not laugh and celebrate in your humanness?
Let’s delight together!
The “eyes” have it! You have successfully managed to keep me giggling Margaret & hubby. Love your team and all your works to date. May the Lord continue to bless you and watch over your heart. Merry ,Christmas and a healthy 2024 New Year!
Thanks for the kind words, sweet friend! Glad we could share a laugh.
