1. Brilliant insights. “Our presentism bias – anchored in the belief that if it isn’t at the top of Google, it doesn’t matter, and if it isn’t Googleable at all, it doesn’t exist – perpetuates our arrogance that no one has ever grappled with the issues we’re grappling with. Which of course is tragically untrue.” Check it out: [Tweet this]

What articles, videos, and links have made you jump with joy this week? Will you share in the comments below?
Ok Margaret, I have 2 things I want to share with you, no 3, for feeling joy. One I just found on Ann Voskamp’s blog. Jennifer Rothschild is her guest post, and she quotes someone about an attitude of gratitude bringing more joy, which I learned from Ann in her book, and more in your Wonderstruck Bible study, but I didn’t know Jennifer. I clicked the link in Ann’s blog and watched Jennifer’s video about her life, going blind as a teenager, yet finding more joy. It’s an amazing story! Second, by chance I found on TV a show by Art Wolfe, who is an amazing nature photographer. I went to his webpage and he has pictures of a whale that are amazing! Very close up! He has more amazing stuff on his site, and he has videos of his shows available, but before I finish exploring, I wanted to share this with you. Lastly, here is a link to a Youtube video from the church I am a member of. Our services this last weekend included a ceremony of sorts, where each adult on the worship team is replaced by a youth member, and the singing goes on. It was the idea of training the kids to take our place, so worshipping God continues when we are gone. Margaret, I hope you have fun exploring these things!
Yes– I read sweet Jennifer’s post over at Ann’s yesterday. Brilliant and challenging!
I need to go look at Art’s photos. Can’t wait to see.
Oooh– I must see the link from your church services. That sounds breathtaking. Will you resend?
Margaret, I am so sorry I forgot the link to the church video. I realized it after I shut down my computer. Then I couldn’t get my internet to come back up, so I gave up for the night. Here is the link: http://youtu.be/wljEI78jr2g
I hope it is joyful to you. Our church has a very active youth program, which helps keep our church up to date and lively.
God is blessing us today, Margaret, so have a beautiful, joyful day!
