You may have to pace yourself eating this yummy corn pudding recipe was sent in by Chris Moss, who found it on cooks.com. Perfect side dish for any Thanksgiving meal!
1 Jiffy corn bread mix
1 (8 oz.) can cream corn
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
Mix Jiffy corn bread mix as directed on package. Add cream corn, kernel corn, melted butter and sour cream. Mix all together. Pour into 10 x 13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve warm. Makes 10 servings.
