Delicious Corn Pudding Recipe

You may have to pace yourself eating this yummy corn pudding recipe was sent in by Chris Moss, who found it on Perfect side dish for any Thanksgiving meal!

1 Jiffy corn bread mix
1 (8 oz.) can cream corn
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. sour cream

Mix Jiffy corn bread mix as directed on package. Add cream corn, kernel corn, melted butter and sour cream. Mix all together. Pour into 10 x 13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve warm. Makes 10 servings.
