Through choosing to be fully present with someone, we can experience many wonders. Spend a few moments reflecting on your schedule for the day.
Who could you spend a half-hour or hour with and be fully present, fully yourself?
Maybe you have a coworker you could invite to lunch. Or one of your children who you haven’t been able to give full attention to lately. Find a place and a time—whether it’s in your dining room or living room or a park or coffee shop—where you can be fully yourself and warm your soul in the glow of both knowing and being known.
Snap a photo of your two smiling faces or give a shout out to the person online.
Wonder Challenge: Recognizing the person who is special to you, upload a photo, phrase, or shout out of love to Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, or your blog. Don’t forget to tag your friend and use hashtag #LIVEWONDERSTRUCK

Did not get to spend time with anybody today yet but I did reflect on a relationship I have had this past year that has grown into one of the most important parts of my life. Somebody I can easily be fully present with and fully myself!

So cool to have a friend to share life with, Philip! Love the picture of you two!
Funny this challenge was today! Just last night I realized how important one relationship is to me and it is one of the most challenging relationships I’ve ever had. I met with a friend last night and our relationship has been “rocky” to say the least for years! We struggle so much sometimes and can go weeks without speaking. But – she keeps me honest about myself, has revealed weaknesses to me I never would see alone, and keeps me from believing my own press. I was thinking last night how much we will enjoy each other in heaven when we are both the people that Jesus sees now.
That is such a cool relationship to have, even if it is hard. Our friends are there to keep us honest and help us to better ourselves.
My daughter and I have been doing this challenge together and I have greatly enjoyed the time getting to know her in a deeper way. She is an 18-year old college student who is pretty busy and she also is kinda quiet. So, having her share her thoughts and experiences with me during this time has been fabulous. We are prayerfully considering who to spend some time with today. It may just be that her and I go to lunch together. Thank you so much for these challenges, Margaret.
Alee, I love that you and your daughter have been participating together! I’d love to see a photo of you both. What a beautiful testimony and chance to get to know your daughter even better!
